Handover & quick-start guide

We sit down with you on the day, walk through the system, any apps and key features, and leave behind a quick-start guide. Anything you want refreshed down the track, we’re a phone call away.

Most packages install in 1–2 days. Sonos Living Room and CCTV Starter are typically one day. Media rooms, multi-zone audio and the Essentials Bundle take 1.5–2 days. We confirm the exact schedule during your consultation.

Absolutely — these are starting points. Upgrades like larger TVs, additional cameras, dedicated cinema rooms, or premium audio brands like Anthem, Origin Acoustics or Amina can be added. We'll quote the difference transparently.

Yes. We install across Canberra, Queanbeyan, and regional surrounds — Belconnen, Gungahlin, Tuggeranong, Woden, Weston Creek, Inner North, Inner South, Murrumbateman, Bungendore, and the surrounding NSW border. Travel is included for Canberra metro.

All equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty (typically 2–5 years). Our installation work carries a 12-month workmanship warranty — if a mount, cable run, or cable termination ever fails, we'll fix it at no charge.
