Palmers TV was founded in 1981 by Fred Palmer, starting as a small TV and antenna service in Canberra. What began as a one-man operation quickly grew into a trusted local business, earning a reputation for honest work and reliable service across the ACT.
Over three generations, the Palmer family has adapted with the times — from analogue antennas and VCRs to today's smart home automation, security systems, and home theatre installations. Through every technology shift, the commitment has stayed the same: professional service, quality equipment, and genuine care for our customers.

Today, Palmers TV (trading as AK Palmer Group Pty Ltd) continues to operate from Phillip, ACT — still family owned, still locally run. With over 50,000 projects completed and more than 45 years of experience, we're proud to be one of Canberra's longest-serving smart home and AV specialists.
